Mi 9T - several (software?) defects

Hi,
I purchased my Mi 9T in april in Germany and got several problems (see list below).
The problems first appeared with MIUI 11.X and I already did one factory reset without succes..

MIUI-Version:
MIUI Global
12.0.2.0 Stable (QFJEUXM)

Android-Version:
10 QKQ1.190825.002
security patch: 2020-07-01


Problems / Bugs:

1. pixels spasm (appears in different apps, lockscreen and homescreen)
2. device freezes and random restarts/reboots (~1 per day)
3. camera app crashes and takes faulty pictures
4. random apps crashing and stoped working (not responding)

I uploaded some screenshots/recordings here (file names numbered accordingly to list):

Did you try a factory reset?
Anyway, we all know here at EU custom rom that the stock one is far to be perfect....
My suggestion is for you, to unlock the bootloader and install one of our rom via TWRP.
And have long happy life with us.

Yeah, I already did one factory reset but it started to appear again.

I wasn't sure if these problems are common and already known.
Based on the number and severity of problems I thought that I got faulty device with a hardware defect, which cannot be fixed with new software..
