I also posted this thread in the redmi K30 Pro forum(No Poco F2 Pro forum?) no idea if it needed there or here?

Hello,

So i got a lot of bugs on stock miui Poco F2 pro and read that Xiaomi.eu would be a good replacement.
The last days i have read a lot about flashing roms on xiaomi phones and i still got a few questions about it,
so i hope you guys can help me out.
Currently im running Stock Miui: 12.2.6.0(RJKEUXM).
p.s. i dont need root or anything like that just the stable version of xiaomi.eu and backup data isnt necessary want to start fresh.

1. Which twrp do i need for my Poco f2 pro because there are 3 unofficial?
(Link to twrp: https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=318240)

2. So if i get this correct is this the way to flash:
Unlock bootloader->fastboot flash twrp->flash Xiaomi.eu rom and done?

3. If there is a update for Xiaomi.eu rom stable is that with a ota update like the stock rom or do i need to flash it with twrp?

4. I saw in a few videos that Poco f2 pro would be renamed to Redmi K30 Pro does that matter for my carrier or google account?

5. If i want to go back to stock miui is it true that i just need to flash the fastboot image with miflash and everything is back to normal (recovery, Miui and locked bootloader)?

6. Do i need to backup my old firmware for later?

Thank you.

Hello and welcome! :)

1. Use the latest TWRP released for your device => https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=14943124697586336675

2. Before or after flashing Xiaomi.eu, do not forget to "Format Data" in TWRP ("Format Data" button in "Wipe" menu). If you format data before flashing Xiaomi.eu, you may need to "Reboot" => "Recovery" to be able to copy the ROM in phone's storage

3. You can flash it with TWRP or use System Updater, both methods should work

4. Device's name doesn't matter

5. Yes

6. You don't need to backup anything. Also, avoid to restore "System Settings" from Google Cloud/Backup after flashing and booting Xiaomi.eu for the first time
