Hi, all day trying to flash TRWP. Nothing work, the phone got stuck on fastboot. Then with MIflash I was able to install miui global, but now I simple cant install TWRP over the MI-Recovery 3.0
I'm testing with different TWRP versions using fastboot boot and not a single version had boot. Also I tried the following commands for each version.

Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot boot recovery.img

Everything look ok with the commands

After that black screen for a few seconds and the it boot normally to MIUI and MI Recovery 3.0 still there. Dont know what to do or combination to use

Seems to be vbmeta blocking your installation.
Old story with this phone family.
Find an old TWRP.zip for first install as we did in the past.
Sorry to leave you here for a search.

Already tried all official versions, dont know what else to try. Could be something older than this?

I said TWRP.zip file. This include Vbmeta modification when flashing the zip.
I found a old 3.0 zip file but nothing. Please could you elaborate more about the process? Should I just flash any TWRP zip file I find?

Did you try OrangeFOX version or Pitchblack.
They are provided with install tools.
You will be able to turn back then to TWRP if you want later on once situation is cleared.
I have found older versions if latest doesn't fit. Try the no-crypt version and then install latest image.
