Hello,
I got the redmi note 7 pro and I have installed Chinese MIUI because with custom ROM I had some random reboots.
Now I'm trying to install custom ROM or Indian ROM, as I would like to have the phone fully in English with Google apps.
But because the FASTBOOT is not recognized now, and I can't downgrade the ROM, I can't do anything.
Is there a way to fix the FASTBOOT through the RECOVERY 3.0 ?

Thanks.

NO!
It seems you are dealing with different region rom with locked bootloader.
In this case a mistake..
You are certainly in EDL state (phone is factory locked)
Just GOOGLE for EDL account in order to understand the matter.
sorry

I have bought the phone from gearbeast and it came as Chinese version. I did unlock it and installed pixel Rom before.

The phone is working, recovery 3.0 is working, I can access fastboot but computer not recognise the phone.
I'm sure the Mi Unlock is unlocked, if that what you mean.
Will double check it after work.

Try to install Mi drivers to fix phone detection => https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/problems-with-updating.61957/post-616357

From your instructions, it's said to open miflash_unlock.exe. I could not download from ur link, so I got it from other link. But there is only batch_unlock.exe.
But it still does not recognise the fastboot of this phone, it does recognise the Poco f1 phone. So I dont think I got the driver or cable issue.
Most likely its the Orginal ROM that broke something and I can't install any other one, as I can't downgrade.

Check the phone again and
OEM UNLOCKING is UNLOCKED
MI UNLUCK STATUS UNLOCKED

So how do I fix the fastboot ?
How do I install other rom without downgrading ?
