Gpay issue even after bootloader relocked

My phone is a Xiaomi Note 9 pro
I installed 9s' rom (they are technically the same just a bit faster)
after the September update my magisk stopped working on hiding , even after the CTS profile fix thingy it didn't work
so I decided to re-lock the bootloader and get the official rom it came with
and still, CTS fails and there is no way I can use G-pay as I used to.
Any ideas?

Without ROM's version info, no idea...

But if an Official "Stable" ROM with a locked bootloader doesn't pass SafetyNet, you should blame Xiaomi on Mi Community forum: https://c.mi.com/forum.php

MIUI Global 12.0.4. Stable 12.0.4.0(RJZMIXM)
idk how that would help anyways
And Mi unlock status says it's locked

Update after locking the phone and waiting for about a month it now works like a charm possibly it some regular check done from Google to drag that information from the device
As I've heard now the new Google pay after September it uses information about your phone stored in cloud and doesn't check with the device everytime
