stuck in fastboot mode

Hi guys
Good to be here.
Yesterday i tried to update my Redmi K30 and after downloading the rom file
through updater and tried to install it my phone wouldnt bbot and now is in constant fastboot mode.
Can someone help please

Flash a fastboot rom via MIFLASH.
If no phone connection try to reinstall drivers, but it can be a sign of EDL.
This is related to what you wrongly did and don't tell others.....

same issue with my mi11 ultra.
After failed Flashing with global in miToolV2 now even miFlash failed because of missing FLASH_ALL_LOCK.BAT in any Firmware.
How to fix issue? Which Firmwares to be flashed or how to get mi11 out off FASTBOOT or shutdown?

You tried xiaomi.eu rom 12.5.4 fastboot version?! Run the bat file that format data!

ultravy thanks a lot works perfect.
Now I like update to 12.5.20 and downloaded file into mi11. pressed "install" and have to wait 5 sec the said "no response (wait/OK)"; said "wait", get immediate info about encryption, Said OK; get continue? recovery 12.5.20 and with no data erased said OK. - nothing happend. So tried buttom power on/off + volumen up, on reboot released power. CHinesee occure (expected TWRP -but non- see attached picture. no selection started recovery.

You have to run ex: fastboot boot twrp.img, again, twrp was erased when you flashed phone in fastboot.
