Why can't I unlock Bootloader on my POCO F3?

I'm trying to unlock the bootloader on my POCO F3 in order to install Xiaomi.eu ROM.

But I always get this kind of error when I'm trying to unlock the bootloader, does anyone know why?

I'm using the official Mi Unlock tool.
