Resolved poco x5 hyperos 1.0 - 1.0.12.0 network bug

newest update for moonstone has bugs, we got reception but cant use mobila data, cant connect to wifi network, cant open portable hotspot settings.
dirty flashed from 1.0.11.0

i'm also facing the exact same issue. i got lte+ but I can't use it neither I could connect to any wifi networks
