New screenshot broken

so when I take a screenshot and open it it says couldn't decode image it's with the power and volume down screenshot but the three finger screenshot works but I'm trying to use the scroll screenshot but I can't because it just doesn't work for some reason this happened after I upgraded to the latest Xiaomi 14 xiaomi.eu

Checked it on both Volume+ and Power and three fingers methods. In both cases scrolling screenshots (and screenshot in general) work fine.

The problem is, we can't fix it if we can't reproduce this issue.
I suggest trying to clear Screenshot editor app data, but I don't guarantee it will fix your issue.

oh that makes sense do you know any way I can update the screenshot app because if I download a different APK it gives me a permission error that's used by some connectivity app and I can't install it because of that
