New Latest 2.0.204.0 stable for Poco F6 XiaomiEU ROM freezing, stuttering randomly and camera app freezing up the entire OS

So as the tittle says, the system just randomly freezes and stutters without even doing much, especially laggy and delayed when opening the quick settings dropdown menu, and when starting recording video at 4k30/60 for the first time in a while, the Os freezes up for 10 seconds, then it's ok again, and this all happens on a fully clean, factory reset installation aswell, is there a way to fix this?

Never happened on my F6 with the same ROM Version.

Are you with the 512/12GB version, since I'm on the 256/8GB version

Update: I managed to fix the system wide UI stuttering/delays by turning off nighttime mode in battery optimization, but the camera issue still persists by freezing the phone completely for 15 seconds and producing semi corrupted and laggy footage specifically at 4k/30 hdr10+
