Never had an error message saying that, however when i factory reset my phone i had issues with Xiaomi Cloud SMS and the Phone Call log sync.
I had to wait a day or two for it to work again.

I tried several days. They charged the price of SMS's, and only arrived: "Default Help Message" ... So Xiaomi activation cant working. SMS Cloud doesnt working.
