Want to update from Hyper OS 1.0 weekly to 3.0 Stable without data loss

My Xiaomi 13 is still on HYPER OS 1.0 WEEKLY ROM 1.0.24.7.28.DEV, now I have decided to update to Hyper OS 3.0,
I found that the first ROMS for transfer from DEV to STABLE without data loss in this post is no longer available on SourceForge.

I did it. After several reboots and re-flashing the TWRP (OS 3.0 replaced it when it was first flashed), it works fine now. Many thanks!. Without TWRP, the system can't even connect to calls/cell net
