How to format rooted phone without losing E-sim

Hi developer, I am very big fan of your work. And a member since long time. I'm currently using Redmi note 13 pro 5g (Garnet). I have previously installed a lot of Rooted modules and the phone got alot of laggy and unstable. I wanna format the phone but my E-sim is in the phone which is very important for me. Is there anyway to format the phone and flash latest Rom without losing the exist E-sim.

Device: redmi note 13 pro 5G
Version: OS3.0.3040.WNRCNXN stable by Xiaomi.eu

Script start with OS you use (Windows, Linux, MacOS) then name continue _full_install_and_format_data and end with .bat or .sh

You must enable and again scain QR Code for esim

As far as I'm aware, eSIM profile isn't stored in user data in the first place, but rather on the secure eUICC chip.
Don't know if that's how it works on Xiaomi devices. I never tried it.
