download and follow instruction from LineageOS If you get error 7 while flashing ROM using TWRP, there are tons of tutorials on how to resolve that on the net.

I Installed LineageOS 14.1on my MI4c and found more battery life, less heating and more speed. AH, the most important, finally without bloatload Apps and with all google Apps and Assistant that work as they should.

If they don't give me a way to unlock my MI4c, I'll never again install MIUI.

sometimes, when it reboots, it enters in a booting loop that can be interrupt only if I plug in the charger.

8.8.23 MI4c - still random reboot. I noticed it on taking pictures and almost on every call.

mi4c randomly freezes and when I restart it, keeping the power button down, it loops. Only way to restart is to go into twrp and do a system reboot.

while using camera, my phone freezed today (mi4c). Only think i could do is restar in twrp e swipe cache to let it start again. These miui 10 versions are a lot buggy.

google assistant still not working

Google Assistant not responding anymore. It does not activate on the "ok google" call.
