Normally a system upgrade shouldn't impact the fix by Magisk module. If it is flashed it will need to be reflashed. And unfortunately yes... recent apps is provided by the system launcher and as far as I know Nova Launcher does not have a recent apps implementation (might be wrong). You can try...

I will look at it. Initially that is how I tried, but for some reason none of the TWRP zips would install on my device. However you should keep in mind there may be some other downside to installing it directly as opposed to systemless... you might loose SafetyNet certification and will have to...

Oh... It can be disabled in CustoMIUIzer > System > Other > Hide warning about low battery level.

So there is 20% battery warning, which I disabled using CustoMIUIzer (you'll of course need Magisk + LSPosed). The 5% can be easily turned off using the regular notification system. Also another annoying popup that can be disabled using CustoMIUIzer is the volume warning. By the way...

If you have Magisk you can try the module I posted a couple of posts above. It should solve your problem.

Thanks... I played with the files so much I made a mistake when packing it. I have corrected the link. I know, but I don't want to have to wait for them to rewrite the launcher. Plus their launcher is almost 0 when it comes to customization options so using it is out of the question.
