Yep I did ... all worked well. But again, I put it separately, after I installed the ROM. I downloaded the proper twpr, then the proper SU and then installed it :)

Can you please link me to a guide on how to unlock the Bootloader... basically am in the same boat as you, but was trying to update from 5.1 to 7.0 ... update failed for some reason and phone got into bootloop. When trying to go into TWRP it failed with the same error as yours. So now I'm stuck...

That didn't really help, cause after I deleted the folder, it kept recreating itself for some reason. What did the trick was to download root explore, grant root access, search for the song names and delete all folders from there. This of course requires root.
