I had installed Redmi Note 4 MTK Global (Version: 7.9.22 (MIUI9) developer ROM http://bigota.d.miui.com/7.9.22/miui_HMNote4Global_7.9.22_a338303e02_6.0.zip) and it worked fine, at least with one single sim, I don´t know if it has problems with two sims. It has no bugs, but battery drains faster...

yes, HMNote4MTK Last ROM 7.5.4 was better, 7.5.11 drains faster, I don´t understand why. I´m thinking about reinstalling 7.5.4

I had the same problem with my redmi note 4 pro, even with 8.2 stable. I have instaled 8.1 stable back again, and I got better results, it saves a 30% more than 8.2.
