I have little different options. If i add exclusion then incoming call appears with a sound as usual. If not add then screen is stay off while incoming call is arrived.

otherwise we cannot change permissions of play market, and it uses GPS so drains battery fast. when i installed root, and moved apk to data partition i gain access to app permission, so i deny play market to use GPS.
