In one day the phone's fingerprint got extremely bad. I re-done the fingerprints and even setting it up was bad. Many times it didn't scan the finger at all. Any idea what could cause this and how to fix it. I tried to updated to newest ROM running the 8.9.6 rom. Thanks for any suggestions.

Yes, same on both sides just when you open pictures and swipe to move to another one then it just doesn't work. I think gallery overwrites it.

Well, I love MIUI and I just don't want pure Android. It's only I want be able to use Gapps on it. And not root the phone for one or two features. The home button on my Mi Mix never worked. But using the full screen it doentdo matter that much anymore.
