Unless official Chinese dev rom, it's not rooted. If you flash eu rom, you have to root every time again.

I feel weird not to have vibrate on unlock with fingerprint but I found many people requested to disable it.... Strange..

I don't know but my Mi Max gets hot only when I have a theme runs 3D wallpaper. That hot also 37 degree... Mine was also optimisation off but for other reason I kept it on but changed optimisation level low... Nothing else..

Relieved to hear it's successful. Mine had fail messages but it's not new to me so I ignored. When I used to flash Galaxy S2, it had same error messages but it installed anyway. I think we can leave those error alone.....
