i was have the same problem in my mi note 10 and i fix it go to TWRP and mount system , than go to advance ,, file manager ,, system ,, bin and rename logd to logd.bak and reboot ,, its work with me but when i try this in my mi 10 its not work give try maybe its work with your phone

no its really possible with out losing data , update stable to stable no need to formatting data

flash TWRP and then from TWRP format data (not wipe you need to format data) after that flash xiaomi.eu rom and reboot , first reboot took long time 5 to 6 minutes

i think its possible if you can boot to TWRP and using OTG to update its will work , if you go from weekly to stable you need format data but if you update weekly it will work
