Thanks a lot for posting those info, they're really helpful, to find out what's going on with our mi1.
@Dm22 do you live in China?
Where did you bought you're batteries?, are they original or from a another manufacturer?
Are you sure the battery pins are touching correctly the battery?
Have you tried turning off the phone pulling out the battery and leaving that way 10 mins or more?
Are you sure that the 1st battery is faulty or not working?
why don't you try to just flash the kernel on the broken system, if it doesn't works then
go to system 2 (the system that works)
then using a filemanager or adb save on pc all the data you need from the other system
Show him what you listed above
The error that gives you flashing the orifginal rom zip.
Man sorry to be that rude, but trust me they copied exactly the shell of the phone but chipset and screen are different and lower in specs.
The textual android recovery you have proves that is 100% fake...
No mi recovery means, fake xiaomi phone. Xiaomi phones can have original mi recovery or cwm recovery that can be installed manually (new phones comes always with mi recovery)
Anyway it's interesting how even hardware info isn't reliable to find out real system specs.
If you're interested in more info take a look at this thread
no you don't info showed in the recovery are false, you have a mediatek cpu and a powervr gpu i'm sure there's a thread about it showing a disassembled fake model.
Sorry for your bad luck try to get a refund
Can you go in recovery?
Turn on the phone holding power and cul up
If you get the mi recory your phone is not a fake.
Antuttu isn't reliable because on fake it is installed a cracked version.
Install hardware info and post a screenshot.

Well after those "tips" enjoy your free time ;)
The easy way can be:
- install myphoneexplorer via playstore
- intall myphoneexplorer on pc
- reboot the phone
- plug to pc via usb
The app should autostart so you can connect and see on your pc the smartphone screen (gpu output sent to you on pc)
