Mi-one s is not booting after hang

I was making a video, then mobile hangs, i took the battery out and put it back as usual as and when the mobile hangs. But this time mobile does not booting up just stuck on logo, logo animates after a while but not vanished,
I dont want to loose my data, contects and msgs etc,
I sppose there is a option to switch to other boot system if it works thats ok, but how to recover the existing one, any files to replace out, any thing?
plz note:
old boot system have android 4.0
and new one i am using have android 4.1

why don't you try to just flash the kernel on the broken system, if it doesn't works then
go to system 2 (the system that works)
then using a filemanager or adb save on pc all the data you need from the other system
