The Updater app is not perfect and it's not mandatory to use it to download and install a new ROM version. :)

@poyoco TWRP can't modify the System partition of your device, use Magisk (root) method if you want to install it. ;)

Xiaomi.eu ROMs are custom ROMs, so not Official... The ROM from your screenshot is an Official ROM (Global "EEA" ROM, for the European market). ;)
