If the possibility is low, I'm not going to unlock it.

You're wrong.
Xiaomi.eu also supports phones that are exclusively Global.
There will be no weekly ROMs, but they are Stable ROMs from xiaomi.eu. based on Global ROM.

for example, these models:
Redmi Note 10/10 Pro
Mi 10 Lite
Redmi Note 9 Pro EU
Poco X3 / X3 Pro
Poco M3
Redmi Note 8T
Mi 11 Lite 4G
Mi Note 10 Lite
etc.

Xiaomi.eu ROMs are custom ROMs, so not Official...

The ROM from your screenshot is an Official ROM (Global "EEA" ROM, for the European market).

It would be great if there will be a xiaomi.eu ROM for the Mi 11 t pro soon. I don't think the Google Dialer is that great

xiaomi 11t pro have root access, but not twrp yet...

You don't necessarily need Twrp. Also works with Fastboot. That's how I'm installing it on my Poco F3.

i had poco f3 and use nebrassy twrp but i know also that can flash roms by fastboot
