I do I dont have gray background or anything but telegram wont give permission to microphon using chat bubles , and it wont get tunnelled through vpn I dont have visual bugs people talking about

What do you mean , im using superwallpaper mountain , how does it effect chat bubles?! Im using miui 12.5 , android 11 but cant find the option to turn off buggy chat bubles

It wont lunch error , app bubles is not installed Its too buggy how to disable it ?!

When using chat bubles to send a voice message the message will be a blank voice message and u have to go the permission settings and reset the microphon permission on the app, tested with telegram,....

I used to set my wifi channel to 13 for a very long time because its less crowded but after this update i cant find wifi access point on channel 13 even though my region does support ch13 wifi (australia)
