New miui 12 eu stable,mi9t overheating

My mi9t gets warm in normal tasks and gets beyond hot when using camera
Cpu temrature sensor stuck at 37 degrees Celsius but i beleave it over 70 degrees C

Same on weekly 20.6.18 for my mi 9 se. Phone can get so hot that it starts to throttle with just normal usage.

Does ur cpu sensor outputs constant temprature too?
