Gravitybox didn't seem to have any effect when I tried it. Am currently using Miui 8 Tweaks and Miui Extended Reboot which both seem to work. They tend to need a reboot to get changes to take effect though.

Do you have the latest version of the play store? This was happening to me until it updated. Tapping on the version in the app settings will start the process of updating.

Can I ask which Xposed you installed? I've just updated to the latest weekly now but I had a lot of trouble with Xposed. "Installed but not activated" Just want to make sure I'm using the correct one.

Is there any truth in the rumour that you get your code faster if you have made 10 posts in the MIUI forums. I was waiting 4 days for mine, saw someone there say that, made some posts (most of them "thanks") and had the code within 2 hours :)

I don't think people really mean it's a nasty ROM , it's not full of viruses, it works fine. It's just an unneeded ROM. And one that can't get updates so it's something extra you have to do when a stable ROM appears
