Will it work on the Redmi 4? Any dangers apart from damaging the SIMs/memory card?

Someone wrote - "No it is not safe. Nuclear Activities have been noticed on motherboard after using this Mod.. The phone becomes more RadioActive as it uses 2 sims signal simultanously on a SD card which is made of Silicon"

I have tried that hack but wasn't successful, I could not close the bay without force. And more trimming=damaging the sim or the memory card. I have damaged both

Yeah I did a trial run with an unactivated SIM to see if I could even get it to fit. I could. But getting it out again was a massive problem. Had to force it and luckily the memory card and the holder weren't broken.

It's irritating though because I have two SIMs and I might have to give up on all phones with this version of SIM/SD card insertion.

The SIM tray 's very thin, it is impossible to do the mod without any damages. Not recommend !
