Peux être un problème de capteur de proximité. Il y avait un problème du genre sur le Redmi 1s. La recalibration via le menu système caché réglait le problème.

I had this issue when I brought my phone. I think the rom that was flashed (by your shop) is not fully functional. Reflash a fresh rom, and everything will work again.

Mine updated fine from 31 to 33, but whatever the changelog is so small, that there is no real benefit upgrading.
