I recently bought a Mix 2S (MIUI 9.6 Global). When I call someone or receive a call I can not hear the other person, only when they call a second time. It is not a SIM card problem, as it works fine in another phone. Did anybody else experienced that issue and would know what to do? Many thanks

Would somebody know when Xiaomi will launch the Global Version of the Mi8? An indication could be how long it took from the initial launch of the Mi Mix 2S till they had the Global Version on the market.

I upgraded to the latest stable Miui ROM 9.2.1.0. When setting up the "Updater" app I did not permit any access for the app. Somehow it does not let me change it. I reinstalled the ROM 9.2.1.0. It did not made a difference to the Updater app. Any suggestions?

I have upgraded my phone from 8.1.6.0 to 8.5.2.0 stable. All the apps, messages, contacts have disappeared. I had done a backup before the upgrade which I saved on the PC. How can I restore that backup?
