i found a bug in the mi 4 LTE , every time i restart the phone , the language change to english , the time zone change too, and no gps , i resintall 3 times (clean install)

thanks for the answers, I am using miui 8 (the last week update), when I put slow motion , the screen darkens and when I record something all looks too dark :(, but if I choose fast camera, the recording is normal! ,takes light properly, maybe my phone come with a faulty sensor :( :(
