I am new to MIUI 12.5 based weekly ROMs and my first try was with latest 21.2.3. Facing same problem of install, phone setup, reboot and then bootloop. I think it's better to stick with Stable for now. Another thing- pressing power button at first boot screen/Redmi logo is not solving the issue.

They should, the problem is created by their OTA update. So it's their responsibility to fix the device, no matter what condition it is.

No, I don't have any account there. Update: OK, this is what I did to fix the issue, added a dual app account again and remove it, now after reboot the issue is fixed. Previously there was no account, yet the camera error was showing.
