Yup, already tried that. I have also rebooted the phone a few times, checked the permissions and turned on "Notifications". However it's still not working. The "Notifications" keeps disabling itself too.

Hi guys, My Mi4c is currently on EU ROM V8.2.1.0. I'm thinking of moving to V8.2.3.0 but i've read alot of issues on the miui forum. Are these issues still present on the EU ROM? - google play waiting for wifi bug - gps not working issue - tethering issue

I'm having the same problem with my hotspot. It's very unstable. Any fixes available now or I have to wait for the next release?

Couldn't freeze it, option to force stop is disabled. I just uninstalled it... hopefully no issues. :)

I applied for unlock and got my unlock approval sms 1 week later during CNY (Chinese New Year) period. I was on china stable rom so i updated my phone to latest china dev rom. I tried to unlock but it wouldn't get past 50%. Some forums said i have a wait a week for the Xiaomi servers to update...

Somehow i managed to copy the xiaomi.eu rom into my phone while on TWRP. Things are progressing well now. :)
