New Stable 8.2.1.0 Hotspot Problems With Mi4c

I have recently updated the ROM to the new stable 8.2.1.0 on a Mi4c, and the hotspot function seems to malfunction violently. The other devices cannot find the hotspot, until it is renamed and switched off-on again. Once they connect to the hotspot, the speed is desperately slow even if the telephone signal shows 4G. Internet on the phone itself seems to run to the expected speed though. The MIUI version is the 8.2.1.0, Spanish language.

I have the same problem, that's why I revert to 8.1.30 stable.

I have reverted too and I will not touch 8.2.1.0 not even with a laser pointer. Keep it away from me at least for several months

I'm having the same problem with my hotspot. It's very unstable. Any fixes available now or I have to wait for the next release?
