I did as I wrote above. Unfortunately Phone cannot restart without an Operating System and on mine it's gone.

I do realise that the problem is that USB debugging is not enabled on the Phone and I cannot enable it without Android running. I assume once enabled I can use adb or MiFlash to restore Android. So, does anyone know a trick to enable USB debugging?
