The infrared sensor activates for a few seconds every time I unlock my phone, which is getting pretty annoying since hovering my finger near it will turn the screen off. I haven't had this issue in previous versions. Edit: The sensor stays on indefinitely if it is not triggered.

I've noticed that on this version, whenever I play any music from the default app my phone overheats quickly and after about 30 minutes of listening to music the battery drops 20-30%. I haven't had this on any previous version.

Whenever I set my phone to silent mode and turn vibrate off, the phone still vibrates whenever I receive any messages. This never happened pre-2.6.8. I'm not completely sure whether this happens for text messages, but Whatsapp always vibrates.
