New [11 Ultra] 21.6.30 - Notification sound not triggeret

The notification sound will not be triggered for an incoming message for the messaging app "Threema".

I allowed all things in settings, no batt. restrictions, tried diff. sound files, reinstalled the app many times.


This event does not trigger the notification sound

Is the app open, the "send" tone in a open chat is played.


This is a huge problem for me, because this is my main messenger.

I reported this to threema and i got already a message from them. Its a MIUI Bug

According to the log, a notification sound (actually, the system's notificaton sound) was
requested by Threema:

Please note that Xiaomi mutes notifications by default (not for WhatsApp but for lesser
known apps). You may have to explicitly allow sound in the app-specific notification
options of your phone's settings app (usually Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > Threema >
Notifications > Allow Sound). As naming and location of these options tends to change from
MIUI version to MIUI version and even across phones, Xiaomi support may be your best bet
to get detailed instructions if you cannot find them.

Nope. I did not contact xiaomi. The chance you get a valid answer from them is 0.
