Thank you for sharing the link to the guide.
I read the instructions in the manual and didn't quite understand what to do...
I don't know which Recovery File to choose...
I don't know how to do the process even after reading what is written several times...

Can someone tell me step by step what to do?
I don't want to take the risk that I will do something wrong and then my mobile device won't work anymore or that all the files on my device will be deleted...

Xiaomi 12S Ultra = THOR
- Connect your phone to your computer in fastboot mode
- download the TWRP toolkit
- Unzip the downloaded toolkit.
- download TWRP
- insert the TWRP renamed twrp.img in the toolkit folder,
- Install TWRP using the script

Second thing,
I followed the process you listed, but when I connect the phone in Fastboot mode to the computer, it does not recognize my mobile device at all....

You are probably missing drivers.
Install Tools and Drivers
- install USB drivers & adb and fastboot tools (Windows 10)
- install SDK Platform Tools (Windows 10 & 11 / Mac / Linux)
- install xiaomi drivers (sometimes necessary)
-> a small [howto] if you have driver issues
