12S Ultra - Notification Whatsapp not arrived MIUI 14

Hi Guys,
For about a month with MIUI 14.0.3.0 stable, the only keep noadring me was Whatsapp Notification not arrive untill I launch the app.
acutal some other apps as well, but whatsapp is more importance.
I;'m not on Battery saver and Whasapp is also locked.
Anyone habe the same issue as me?
Any solution?

I've found a temporary solution, which is disabled face recognition unlock, or activate both face unlock by stay on Lock screen and show notification when using face data.

After flshing to 14.0.10.0 stable, my 12s U dont have anynotification issue so far, expecialy on Whatsapp.
I've turn on Face unlock for 24hr, seem working well now!
