Also, it'd be nice to have full screen caller photo (like in 2.5.11) for contacts with old/google/facebook photo too!

I'm on Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S, using this ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1565475
And this language pack: http://www.nexus-lab.com/miui-rom-italian-packs/?rom_id=136&version=2.5.18#LP2143LT18

Also, I forgot to mention that the crash seems to happend when the image file is big (I don't know, maybe bigger than 4MB).

If I:
- go to Gallery
- choose Edit
- crop the image
- save the new image
- apply the image to contact
then it works.
