New [2.5.25] [Multi] [MI-One] LED configuration missing from settings [FIXED?]

LED configuration missing from settings.
This was under Settings > Personal >
in 2.3.5s

Maybe Xiaomi deactivated this for some reason?
The reason of not showing LED Settings in menu is entry:

<bool name="has_led">false</bool>

In /Settings.apk/res/values/bools.xml

But if Xiaomi did this then It should be off.

I just checked our REPOs and we have no bools.xml at all. So Xiaomi did do this. I don't know why though.

Setting now available in English v2.6.1 (MI-ONE) so perhaps this is resolved.
