In Progress [2.6.8][SGS II] Issue with the Traffic Monitor

I'm not able to use data connection for my Gmail and Browser app. Both apps are working fine on Wifi and other apps are able to connect trough data connection.

Previously I disabled Gmail and browser for 3G connection under "manage app connections". But now I can't find my Gmail or the browser app under "manage app connections".

(For the record, I can use data connection on the chrome app)

Is anyone else experince problem with the Monitor app?

Try with 2.6.22. Lots of changes in NetworkMonitor since then.
