New 2.9.21 Network location not working

Hello,

Now i'm using MIUI 2.9.21 and i'm still can't find my physical location using phone operator network.

I tried to use AOKP rom and it worked fine!
then i installed Gapps over MIUI rom and still not working.

Info i fond could be useful:

1- Phone: Samsung Galaxy Nexus GSM
2- ROM: MIUI 2.9.21-miuiandroid
3- Network: Rami levy (Using Pelephone infra structure)
4- Country: ISRAEL/PALESTINE
5- App: Google Maps
6- GPS: it is working but i don't have signal from my place

for absolutely no reason, it's working now and i don't even know how or why

We haven't changed the network code in like 5 months so I don't know what to say.

never mined, it's working very good now

but there is a small problem in the network name

the name have to be Rami Levy, and it's showing as Pelephone!

Pelephone is the default operator and Rami Levy is using Pelephone's Infrastructure
