Invalid [20.11.12] - [Mi Note 10] - Notification priority settings missing

Hey folks, I've noticed ever since the Android 11 update for the mi note 10 the notification priority/importance settings are missing. I've done both dirty and clean flash and the setting is still not present.
I searched the forum and only found one person mentioning this a couple times, figured Id throw up a bug report.

By the looks of it, Importance is now handled automatically according to the other settings you have there, so no more manual Importance setting.
