New [20.11.18] [MI 10 ULTRA] Accessibility problems, can't give permissions

I've been trying to get gesture navigation since there's a bug when using a 3rd party launcher, you cant use the system navigation.

I downloaded FNG from the Play Store and when trying to assign permissions for the Accessibility options, it's keeps telling me to close an app overlay. I've disabled system gesture navigation, and it's still not working. Am I doing something wrong?

Go to
Settings->privacy protection->manage->special permission->display over other apps

And turn of "allow display over other apps"
For each app till you find the app with the overlay
