On my MiMax 3 with the latest MIUI 12 Rom, I experience 4G and all data stop working when WiFi is switched off after several hours. The data icon stays active. Nothing gets back the data (neither toggling on off not Plane Mode on off). The only way to bring back data and 4G back is to restart the device.
( I don't know if it is linked with the "My data" tile being reset to Data usage when Control center is expanded. I have noticed this second issue when experiencing the first one)
