As post title says, setting a wallpaper through Microsoft Launcher (or in settings while Microsoft Launcher is being used) results in said wallpaper being slightly zoomed in.
Only fix that works until phone restarts is changing to default launcher, setting wallpaper there, then going back to Microsoft to make it appear properly.
