New 3.2.22 STK on LG-LU6200

Good day all, I have this problem with com.android.stk.StkAppService (Sim toolkit maybe?) when I click the icon it say's "Application is not installed on your phone" I already installed 3.2.22 more than 3 times on my LU6200 but the problem still exist. Any help?
