New 3g & 4g Connection Issue On Certain Sim

Hello,
I'm using Redmi Pro. I was in China stable for a long time and now I'm in Xiaomi.EU (MIUI 8.3 7.3.16 Beta). The problem is that on of the SIM's that I use the 3G and 4G connections are really slow. I have already reviewed this with the service operator, but it seems that the settings are OK. I have switched the places of the SIM's and the problem remains with that SIM. Could you please advice, what could be the root cause of this.

Last 3-4 builds are buggy and have problems with networks. Ignore it.

Ok, but I report this as a bug, so I believe that it will be solved in the next releases.
